Tracey-Ann begins her work with an abstract expressive style and then sub-consciously connecting with figures, animals, scenery and concepts to develop the message about our connection with life and our place in it.
A red-cheeked bride moves through light,
Colours swirl in joyful flight.
Toward the church her heart is led,
Transformation just up ahead.
In Blushing Bride I painted flowing colour and movement to suggest a story unfolding through the canvas. At the lower centre a bride with a vivid red face emerges, her emotion and anticipation glowing as she moves upward through the swirling landscape toward the church that appears near the top of the painting, capturing the journey, excitement, and intensity of a life-changing moment.
