Tracey-Ann begins her work with an abstract expressive style and then sub-consciously connecting with figures, animals, scenery and concepts to develop the message about our connection with life and our place in it.

They turn and swoon through painted night.
A step, a pause, the music flows,

In Tango I painted the energy and intensity of two dancers moving together across the floor. Within the sweeping strokes of deep greens, fiery pinks, and bright yellows, a couple begins to appear — the male figure on the left guiding the movement while the female dancer on the right responds with equal strength and grace. Their forms swirl together through the colour, capturing the rhythm, passion, and dramatic tension of the tango as they turn and glide through the dance.
