Tracey-Ann begins her work with an abstract expressive style and then sub-consciously connecting with figures, animals, scenery and concepts to develop the message about our connection with life and our place in it.
Shadows ride the burning sky,
Hooves of light through clouds that fly.
Echoes drift where spirits roam,
Night becomes their endless home.
In Ghost Riders in the Sky I painted sweeping layers of deep blues, purples, and flashes of gold to evoke a dramatic sky alive with movement and mystery. Within the swirling colours, fleeting shapes appear like riders racing through clouds and light, suggesting powerful spirits travelling across the heavens between worlds.
